What to share
A concise logline and synopsis, the format and genre, and where the project stands today. Tell us what makes the story yours.
A viewable link to your screenplay, treatment or pitch deck. A shared PDF is a good starting point. Check that the link opens without an access request.
Your role in the project, relevant experience and what you are seeking, whether a creative conversation, development collaboration or production consideration.
Preparing your pitch
Begin with a logline that introduces the main character, the central conflict and what is at stake. Follow it with a short synopsis that explains the direction of the story. Include the intended format, such as a feature or short film, the genre and the current stage of development.
A screenplay, treatment or pitch deck can provide further context. Choose the material that best represents the project as it stands today, and identify whether it is a completed draft or a work in development. If other collaborators are attached, describe their roles without including private contact information.
The creative conversation
Explain your relationship to the material and what you hope to discuss with Walter Dale Productions Inc. You might be looking for a development conversation, a production collaboration or consideration of a completed screenplay. That context helps distinguish the story itself from the support you are requesting.
Use a clearly labeled, viewable link and check its permissions before submitting. Share only work you created or are authorized to submit. Submission does not guarantee a response, financing or production, and any future involvement would require a separate discussion.
Project consideration
Use the form to introduce your project and share a link to the work. Files are shared by link, not uploaded here. Your role and goals are optional, but help give the submission context.
Share only material you created or have permission to submit. Leave out sensitive personal information and confidential material you cannot share.
A submission is an invitation to consider the project, not a commitment to produce it or a guarantee of a response.
